| Is consistent with the legendary Chasseurs a Pied (elite light infantry). Very nice shape! Gives a nice ring when tapped, and sword is solid and lively in hand. There is a bit of wire missing from the grip (which is horn, I think), and a few minor scuffs and scratches and tarnish marks from this fine weapon's 152 year life.... | |
